Added value to our customers
We can help our customers already in the design phase to optimize the total cost of their projects:
- by analyzing parts for proces and feasibility
- by proposing design changes or carrying out design adaptations
- by suggesting the most cost effective and the same time most accurate manufacturing technology
This includes e.g. optimisation of part geometry, adaptive tolerancing or suggestions of functional improvements.
In addition we have the capability to
- flesh out detailed 2D drawings and 3D models as well as the accompanying first article documentation
- design the necessary clamping technology to assure conformity with the required tolerances
- manufacture first prototypes to verify the presence of the desired characteristics.
We are accustomed to work with our customers´ suggestions and to incorporate them in the final product.
